Perched within Shelly Point Estate on the St Helena Bay peninsula, Fynbos & Foam is a double-storey modern farmhouse designed for switching off. The living happens upstairs — kitchen, dining and lounge opening onto a covered patio with a built-in braai and an uninterrupted sweep of the South Atlantic. Downstairs, two garden bedrooms and a private fynbos patio keep mornings slow and quiet.
The interiors are Coastal Scandi — white, shell, soft grey and teal, warmed with beechwood — and everything is brand new in 2026, furnished top to bottom for the people staying in it. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study, and indoor-outdoor living that dissolves the line between shelter and sea.

We want every guest to have an exceptional stay. These simple guidelines help us keep Fynbos & Foam in beautiful condition for all who follow.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in from 14:00 on arrival day. Check-out by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability — please enquire in advance.
No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the home. Guests are welcome to smoke on the outdoor patios and braai area. Please dispose of cigarettes responsibly.
Pets Welcome — By Arrangement
Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval. Please advise at the time of booking. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or bedding and must be supervised in the garden.
Maximum 6 Guests
The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. Exceeding this limit without prior consent is not permitted and may result in termination of the booking.
Noise & Neighbours
Please be mindful of neighbours within the estate. Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 08:00. Music and entertainment are welcome during the day and early evening.
Treat the Home with Respect
Fynbos & Foam is a private home. Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the condition it was found. Any damages should be reported immediately.
Parking
The double lock-up garage accommodates 2 vehicles. Additional parking is available on the driveway. No vehicles are to be parked on the grass or in communal estate areas.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 30+ days before arrival receive a 75% refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.
